Charles Hering Obituary
He was born March 11, 1940 in Hartwell, Ga., to the late Gene Herring and Nettie Lou Wood Herring. Charles retired from textiles and was a member of Mt. Hebron Church. Charles was an avid golfer and loved spending time with family and friends.
Left to cherish his memories are; his wife, Juanita Dickerson Herring, special children, Dillon and Fowler Adams, brother, Herman Herring. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Rhonda Herring.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Eleven o'clock from the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors with Pastor Grant Myerholtz officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Hebron Church Cemetery in Hartwell.
The family will greet friends on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will be at their respective homes.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
