Charles was a lifelong area resident and was educated in the Kansas City Missouri Public Schools and was a graduate of Westport High School.. After high school he was employed at Ford Claycomo Plant. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and cousins.
Charles departed this life on Sunday, November 6, 2022.
He leaves to cherish his memory, one son, Antoine Holmes, his mother, Florence Johnson, two brothers, Jemmy Holmes (Alvina) and Lee Holmes, three sisters, Annie Thomas (Charles), Mary Holmes and Nelva Holmes (Reggie), a host of nephews, nieces, cousins other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service Tuesday, November 15, at 11:00am Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel. Private Disposition. Service conducted by Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel. Condolences may be shared on our website.
