Charles W. LeBell

ORANGE, MA - Charles W. LeBell, 83, of Horton Road, died peacefully at home on Sunday, March 2, 2025 following an illness, surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Gardner on July 26, 1941, he was the son of the late William C. and Beatrice (Glidden) LeBell.

Charles enlisted into the United States Army on January 17, 1964 and served during Vietnam. He attained the rank of Sergeant before being honorably discharged on December 28, 1966.

On March 21, 1992, Charles married Jeanne E. (Hastings) and they enjoyed 30 years of marriage until her death on May 15, 2022.

Charles was employed by M.I.T. Lincoln Lab in Lexington for 26 years before retiring.

Charles is survived by a daughter, Kathy Marble of Athol; grandchildren, Jason LeBell and Brianna Davis and her husband Scott; great grandchildren, Logan Davis and Nyla Davis.

There are no calling hours.

Interment in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon will be private.
