Charles Edward MacBrian

Charles Edward MacBrian, of Wilbraham, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Baystate Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born on June 27, 1955, in Springfield, Massachusetts, the son of the late John and Ruth (Denver) MacBrian. Charles was educated in the Springfield school system and worked locally in the area for many years. He was a quiet man with a good sense of humor. Charles enjoyed reading, writing, photography and had a deep love for music. He was a sports enthusiast and a loyal fan of the Toronto Maple Leaf's and Toronto Blue Jays. He also found great joy in spending time outdoors. Charles is survived by his beloved wife, Veronica A. (Majewski) MacBrian of Wilbraham; his three children, Jaime MacBrian and her husband, Joseph, of Three Rivers, Massachusetts, Haylie MacBrian of Wilbraham, and Justin MacBrian and his wife, Aline, of Southbridge, Massachusetts. He also leaves his cherished granddaughter, Autumn Bailey; his mother-in-law, Mary Ann Sturm of Three Rivers; along with a large extended family. Family and friends will gather on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Park Cemetery, 895 Parker Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, for a graveside service.
