Survivors include his wife, Linda G. Mathis; daughters, Amie Martin and Amy Mathis Graves; son, Adam Mathis (Erica); sisters, Venita Seow and Nita Glenn; brother-in-law Jerry Patrick; grandchildren, Hunter Martin (Hannah) and Heath Martin (Shelby), Dylan Kelley (Holly), Devin Kelly, Austin, Justin (Ella), and Caleb Mathis; great-grandchildren, Jayce and Chloe Martin; special nieces, Amanda Patrick, Shannon King, Shanita Seow, and Mollie Blain; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
