Charles Perry Mork
August 12, 1936 – February 14, 2026

Charles Perry Mork, known to friends as Chuck or Charlie, was a longtime resident of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and most recently of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. He passed away on February 14, 2026. He was a caring and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, George and Laura Mork; his beloved wife of 51 years, Lillian "Cindy" Mork; and his brother, Phillip Mork. He is survived by his sister, Barbara (Mork) DePeaux; his children, Ronald (Patti) Mork, Sandra (Mork) Steeves, Krista (Mork) (Robert) Kregel, and Stephen (Rebecca) Mork; his grandchildren, Jason (Cheridy) Mork, Derrick Mork, Simon Mork, Holly (Bryan Dawursk) Steeves, Chelsea Steeves, Laura Kregel, Anna Kregel, Jakob Mork, Annika Mork, and Erika Mork; and his great-grandchildren, Lucas, Macy, and Mia Mork.

Chuck proudly served his country as a Navy hospital corpsman from October 18, 1954, to August 9, 1966. While stationed in Boston, he met the love of his life, Lillian. They were married on August 11, 1957, and remained devoted to one another until her passing in 2009.

Chuck enjoyed fishing, golf, bowling, card games, penny slots, and, of course, the Green Bay Packers. He was a proud Packers season ticket holder and shareholder. He was active in his church, a member of the South Milwaukee Jaycees, and in the late 1950s owned a sporting goods store, Chuck's Tackle Box. In 1973, he began working on the bottling line at Miller Brewing, where he remained until his retirement in 2004. In retirement, he looked forward each spring to driving to his timeshare in Destin, Florida-a tradition he continued until 2020.

Above all, Chuck loved his family. He rarely missed an opportunity to watch his grandchildren perform in sports, theater, or music. Even in his final days, he lit up at the chance to hear every detail of his grandchildren's and great-grandchildren's lives. Some of the family's most cherished memories were made "busy doing nothing" together at the Mork family cabin in Hayward.
