Charles "Homer" Owensby, 80, of Marion, passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021. Homer served with valor in the U.S. Marine Corps for 6 years, and retired from Drexel Heritage Furniture. Homer was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Justice Owensby. Westmoreland Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
