Charles Phillips Obituary
Charles Ray Phillips age 62, of Jacksboro, Tennessee, passed away on March 29, 2025 at Fort Sander Regional Medical Center of Knoxville, Tennessee. He was born on February 17, 1963 to the late Charles Edward Phillips "C.P." and Mary Cathleen. He was of the Baptist Faith. Charles loved fishing, hunting, working on things with his son, and listening to music. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughters Misty Cobb Phillips, and Catherine Elaine Fowler. He is survived by:
