Charles Pitzer Obituary
Bob was the son of the late Charles Robert and Ruby Pitzer. A Navy veteran and retired information technology professional, he was also a lifelong golfer, shooting his age dozens of times. When he wasn't golfing, he could often be found cheering on the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals and WVU Sports.
He is survived by his wife, Patti, a sister, Shirley Hannigan, of New Bern, North Carolina, as well as three children-Charles Robert Pitzer of Springfield, Virginia; Natalie Andrea Pitzer of Falls Church, Virginia; and Christopher Ryan Pitzer of Atlanta, Georgia-and four grandchildren.
A private celebration of life may be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family would ask for donations to be made to The York County Humane Society

We met Bob & Patti in 1976 in Parkersburg, WV. Life has taken us in different directions, but we´ve remained in touch through the years and have many memories of our shared time together. Bobby, I hope the Big Red Machine includes you in their batting practice. And Patti, Chris, Rob & Missy, we wish you peace.
