Charley was a lifelong resident of the Mimbres Valley.
He will be greatly missed by his big family and numerous friends. He worked in the medical field until he found his passion for cooking. He loved to cook and was well known for his time as being a wonderful chef.
Charley is survived by his sisters Joann Powers of Mimbres, NM, Sandy (Lawrence) Gaston of Las Cruces, NM, and brothers Billy (Wilma) Privetts of Denver City, TX, and Bobby Privetts of Trinidad, Co. Many nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
There are no services planned at this time.
Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory. Arrangements are with Terrazas Funeral Chapels and Crematory "Trust care for the ones you love" ~ 575-537-0777. To send condolences, visit www.terrazasfuneralchapel.com.
