Charles Putthoff Obituary
Charlie was drafted to the US Army, C Co 2d Bn 34 th Inf 24 th Inf Div. He served in the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1969, earning decorative medals and Badges: Purple Heart, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Marksman (Pistol & Rifle) and the Combat Infantry Badge.
After serving his Country he was a Security Officer for multiple security companies during his working career.
Charlie is survived by his son Mark Putthoff, 5 grandchildren (Melissa, Christopher, Zachery, Isaiah and Taleah), brothers Ricky, Gary, Danny Putthoff, sisters Doris Russell and Phyllis Griffin, and a lot of nieces/nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, 2 brothers (Anthony and David Putthoff) and sister Rita Whaley.
Memorial Services are TBD at the Grave site at Mother of God Cemetery 3125 Madison Ave, Ft. Wright, KY 41015.
