Charles Eugene "Chuck" Rabbitt, Jr., 64, of Fredericksburg passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025, in Mary Washington Hospital from health complications. He was born in Bethesda, Maryland on September 9, 1960.
Chuck retired from being a sheet metal contractor with T.J. Fannon & Sons in Alexandria. He was a simple man and enjoyed spending time with his friends and feeding the ducks at the city dock.
Chuck leaves behind a wonderful friend, Mary Frances Radolinski, who was a blessing and helped take care of him. He leaves behind his sister and best friend, Debbie Engel; his brother-in-law, D.C. Engel; his niece, Pam Gilpin; nephew David Engel; and step-sisters Lisa Kurtz and Laurie Dotson; along with his good buddies, Mike and Jimmy.
Chuck wished to be cremated and his family will have a private memorial in North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the American Cancer Society foundation or a charity of your choice.
