Charles E. Rauch, 85, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Parkview Memorial Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Decatur, IN, Charles worked as a Assembler with International Harvester for 30 years, retiring in 1978. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, D.A.V. Decatur, IN, and the United Auto Workers Local 57, and Past Union Steward. Surviving are his Sons, Steven C. (Kerri) Rauch of Warsaw, Robert A. (Becky) Rauch of Fort Wayne, Donald J. Rauch of Fort Wayne, Bernard W. Rauch of Ft. Wayne, Jerome L. (Lori) Rauch of Greenwood, Thomas J.(Linda) Rauch of Yoder, William E. Rauch of Woodburn, Daughters, Theresa D. (Brian) Jewett of Columbia City, Karen E. (Terry) Renfrow of Auburn, Brothers, Alvin J. Rauch, John B. Rauch Sisters, Leona L. Lengerich, Ruth Gage, Harriett Schwaller, Loretta Rumschlag, Phyllis DeKoninck 24 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren. Charles was preceded in death by Parents, Alfred & Rose Rauch, 1st, Wife Lora and his 2nd Wife, Marguerite Rauch, Son, Edward W. Rauch, Daughter, Kathryn A. Rauch, Brothers Homer and William Rauch. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 AM.August 7, 2010 at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, and calling 1 hr. prior at the church, 7215 St Joe Rd with Msgr. Bruce Piechocki officiating. Additional calling at - D. O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road Friday, August 6, 2010 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm with Rosary at 7PM Friday at the funeral home. Burial in St. Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or to Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church for masses..
