Charles "Chuck" Richard Rhodes, II, (aka "Rocco"), 58, of Inwood, WV, entered his eternal resting place on November 26, 2024. Born May 16,1966 in Hagerstown, MD, he leaves behind and will be greatly missed by his beloved wife/best friend of 27 years, Patty Rhodes, as well as his parents and stepparents Charlie and Terry Rhodes of Strasburg, VA; Becky and Derby Smith of Hagerstown, MD; his brother Kenny Rhodes of Hagerstown, MD; his father in law and mother in law, Randy and Gloria Neff of Kearneysville, WV; his sister in law and brother in law, Karen and Earl Apple of Martinsburg, WV; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. He was proceeded in death by his stepson, Cory McBrearty, as well as his paternal and maternal grandparents.
He was employed with Dulles International Airport and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a 1984 graduate of Williamsport High School. Chuck had a passion for motorcycle riding and enjoyed riding with his wife and Defender Family. Everyone knows how giving Chuck was and even in his passing, he continued to give by the "Gift of Life" through LifeNet Heath Foundation.
A celebration of life will be held on December 7, 2024, starting at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Inwood, 634 Middleway Pike, Inwood, WV in the Family Life Building/Gymnasium in the back of the church, with Pastor Rodney Rhodes officiating. Dress is casual and vests are encouraged. In lieu of flowers, there will be a donation basket available for needy families that are being sponsored by the Mason Dixon Defenders.
