Charles "Mike" Sander

October 21, 1944 - June 14, 2025

Charles "Mike" Allen Sander, age 80, of Couderay, WI, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 14, 2025, surrounded by love.

Mike was born October 21, 1944, in Rice Lake, WI, the son of Alfred and Luzenia (White) Sander. He was a Navy veteran who proudly served his country, earning the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.

He is survived by his wife Terre; daughter Stacey Sander; son Kelly (Tamara) Sander; proud grampa to Evelyn, Gavin, & Emmett Sander; dog Daisy Mae; countless nephews and nieces; and his grand dog Harold.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Lawrence "Sonny" Sander, Alfred "Skip" Sander, John Sander & Robert Sander; sisters Dolores Sander, Frances Whitney, Grace Willis, Joy Corsette & Dorothy Tate.

Mike's family meant the world to him; he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Mike's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 20, 2025, at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward followed by lunch. Father Sunil Kumar Thumma will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Couderay.

Honorary bearers will be David Biller, Heather Butler, Adam Carryl, Butch Carryl, Sheryl Fink, Elaine Pachnik, Greg Pachnik, Candace Sander, Ron Schultz, Buff Senn, Kay Senn & Jim Tate.
