Age 79, of New Lenox, passed away Sunday, January 4th, 2026 at his home in New Lenox.
Charles is survived by his loving family, wife, Linda Seaborg (Budinger), children, Lori (Jack) Zea, Chip (fiancé Chrissy Gedmin) Seaborg, Susan Seaborg, Stacy (Sean) Henson, grandchildren, Jeffrey Yates, Shannon Yates, Cassidy Seaborg, Kyell Seaborg, Alexa Panici, Lacy Panici, Rocco Panici, great grandchildren, Bentley Yates, Van Thompson, Porter Kaikis and numerous nieces and nephews.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard & Alma Seaborg (Nelson), siblings, Leonard Seaborg, Richard Seaborg, Roger Seaborg, Robert Seaborg and Harvey Seaborg.
Charles was a United States Marine Veteran who served in Vietnam, co-owner & operator of US & Associates in Joliet and member of the Frankfort VFW.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Interment will be held at a later date at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
