Charles "Chuck" Orville Shallenberger, 84, of Elizabeth, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025. He was born August 15, 1941 in Allegheny County, and was the son of the late Charles P. and Marie E. (Hunter) Shallenberger. He was the loving husband of 43 years to Linda Carol (Miller) Shallenberger. Chuck loved Pittsburgh sports and collectible antique cars, especially his Pontiac Fieros and his 1967 Cadillac Eldorado. He was an original member of the Fiero Owner's Club of America. Most importantly he was a loving husband, father and dog lover. He is survived by his children, John (Lisa) Fonner of Emlenton, Valery Fonner of Liberty Borough and Patrick (Amy) Fonner of Liberty Borough; grandchildren, Angell, Ashlee, Abigail, Liam and Easton; great-grandchildren, Annie, Sequoia, Atlas, Johnny and Petra on the way; and his beloved dog, R.J. There is no visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Chuck's name to the American Diabetes Association diabetes.org.
