Born on November 2, 1960, in Bradford, he was a son of the late Charles W. and Constance A. (Stonebreaker) Smith.
He was a 1978 graduate of Bradford Area High School.
Charles walked to work at Perkins Restaurant for over 30 years, until they closed. He employed as a dishwasher.
Surviving are two sisters, Hope A. (James) Smith, of Bradford, and Karen (Randy) Krouse, of Dover, DE, and 10 nieces and nephews.
He was a preceded in death by his parents and one brother James Smith.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the SPCA, PO Box 113, Bradford PA, 16701, or a charity of the donor's choice.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
