He is survived by his sons, Josh Stevens, Jeremy Miller; grandson, Zayden Stevens; granddaughters, Maci Miller, Jayden Stevens; best friend, Misty Byrge; mother, Donna (Mishler) Stevens; brother, Rick Stevens of Michigan; sisters, Cindy (Stevens) Minnich of Indiana, Patricia (Stevens) Massey of Michigan, Terri (Stevens) Huffman of Michigan.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
