Charles Tilley Obituary
It is with great heartache that we announce the passing of Charles James Tilley on December 03, 2025 at the age of 60, in Fresno, Ca. at a local hospital surrounded by family & his closest friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother Sydney A Tilley (1983) his mother Mary Ann Tilley (1998) & his father George A Tilley (2011).
He is survived by his wife Jody, his sons C.J. & Mathew Tilley & his fiancé Samantha Fields and his cherished grandsons Riley & Logan Tilley as well as 2 bonus grandsons Elliot & Everett. His sisters Tamara Tilley & Jackie Tilley & her husband Tony Philpot. His step mother Sharron Smith Tilley as well as his Aunt Carolyn White along with his nephews & Nieces as follows, Anthony, Christy, Paul, Tisha, Jamie, Mikal, Trent & James as well as Grand Nephews, Nieces, & 2 Great Grand Nieces as well as cousins near & far.
Charles also leaves behind his 2 closest friends Mike Coons & Mathew King & numerous working friends.
He was a welder in trade but enjoyed working on various types of engines in his spare time & watching his grandson Logan play in various sports. He especially enjoyed taking a ride on his motorcycle. May his spirit live on through all who loved him.
A celebration of Charles life will be held on Sunday, February 22,2026 from 2 – 5 at Clovis Veterans Memorial Hall @ 808 4th St. Clovis, ca 93612
