Charles D. Welch, age 78, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on February 21, 2026. U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Charles is preceded in death by his daughter, Holly Newsome, granddaughter, Desiree Welch, and his parents, Charles and Marie Welch. Survived by sons Donald "Duck" and (Nora Thacker-Welch) Welch, Myron "Skeeter" (Teresa Marcum) Gould, and Raymond "Bo" (Jennie) Cantor; brothers, Roy Welch, Clyde Welch; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43207.
