William "Bill" Franklin Cluff, aged 78, passed away on March 13, 2026 surrounded by loved ones. Bill was a devoted son and preceded in death by his loving parents, John and Dorothy Cluff. Bill is survived by his devoted, loving wife of 46 years, Jeannie; Son, Ralph, loving Daughter, Marji (John) Fair, sister, Sharon (Willie) Waller; cherished grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Tammy and Mike Middleton. Bill was a wonderful Papa to Little Abby, a loyal companion. He also leaves behind lifelong friends who were like family; Dan and Mary, Tony & Teri, Dave & Sandy, RJ & Nancy, Dev & Dan, Cindy, Patty, Jim & Sally.
Bill served his country in the Vietnam War from 1967 - 1969. Attended Franklin University majoring in Business. He retired from Nicholas Bakery, after 30 years’ service. Was a volunteer for Veterans, love to play poker and spend time with family and friends. Bill leaves a legacy of laughter and love. True to his favorite saying, "I will do the comedy," he brought humor and light to those around him and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 4 – 7 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43207, and Friday, March 20, 2026, beginning at 10 a.m. with memorial service at 10:30 a.m. with Dave Bloom officiating. Inurnment with military honors to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in memory of Bill be directed to Speak for The Unspoken or Mt. Carmel Hospice.
