Charles White, Obituary

Charles Kevin White, Sr. 61, died Sunday, July 27, 2025, following a sudden illness. He was a lifetime resident of Savannah.

He is preceded in death by his father, Luther M. White, Sr., his mother, Kathleen F. Flowers, brothers, Luther M. White, Jr and Randy S. White and a brother-in-law, John Devereux, Sr.

Charles is survived by: a son, Charles K. White Jr. of Savannah; sisters, Bonnie Devereux of Savannah, Karen (Buddy) Carter of Savannah, Laraine White of Savannah; his girlfriend, Sherri Pollard, several nieces, nephews and cousins; his fury best friends, Bullet and Zero.

He loved fishing, shrimping, hunting, junkin and spending time with family and friends.

The family will be present 12 noon until 1 o'clock Friday afternoon at Gamble Funeral Service, 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, Georgia. Funeral services will follow at 1 o'clock in the afternoon in the funeral home chapel. The Reverend Dr. Drew Corbett will officiate.
