Charles G. Whittick Jr.

Charles G. Whittick, Jr., 77, of Carneys Point, NJ passed away peacefully with family by his side on September 12, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 18, 1948, he was the son of the late Charles and Lillian Whittick. Charles attended Penns Grove High School and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, doing two tours in Vietnam. Charles was a truck driver for most of his life, working for several different trucking companies. He loved watching sports, especially football and was an Eagles fan. He also loved his weekly outings to the Talk of the Town diner in Penns Grove. Charles was predeceased by his parents, two siblings, his three children and a stepson. He is survived by his wife Linda Whittick, five siblings, his special niece Heather Reese, along with other nieces and nephews, granddaughter Kara Hershburger, stepchildren Penny Ayars and Kevin Dennis, four step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
