Charles Ray Wideman

Charles Ray Wideman, 88, of Jessieville, Arkansas passed away November 26, 2024. He was born August 2, 1936 in Jessieville, AR, to Frank and Gertrude Wideman. Charles was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose kindness and positive influence left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. He found great joy in the outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, or working among the trees he loved so much. While his absence will be deeply felt, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who cherished him.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Wideman; brother Alvin Wideman.
Survivors include his children Malisa Eudy (Russell), Cynthia Sonei (Farr), Charles Wideman Jr. (Marna Graves); grandchildren Candace Ashley (Charlie), Clark Eudy (Heather), Kolten Graves, Kirk Eudy, Laurel Erwin (David), Kyle Eudy, Lawson Wideman, and Jasten Graves; great-grandchildren Caleb Ashley, Eliana Ashley, Emalyn Ashley, Colton Ashley, Rowan Erwin, Ava Eudy, and Adeline Eudy.
Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Wednesday at Caruth Village Funeral Home.
A celebration of Charles's life will begin at 2:00 PM with Bro. Larry McNeely and Bro. Russell Eudy officiating.
Pallbearers include Byron Blocker, Clark Eudy, Kirk Eudy, Kyle Eudy, Lawson Wideman, Jasten Graves.
Honorary pallbearers are Bill Cockman Jr., Eric Coburn, and Kolten Graves.
