We live a few doors down from the Williams family in Overland Park KS. Chuck would always stop by if he saw me out in the front yard. He always had Rocky with him. That dog had to weigh in around 100 lbs. Chuck loved that dog. Chuck was a good man and we had many conversations about work, life, family, and of course Rocky. He will be missed and I am sure that Rocky met him in haven.
