He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Williams; grandparents, Trophine and Henry Dyer, and Wanda and Lollen Williams; step-father, William Farmer Foster.
He is survived by his mother, Teresa Foster; brother and sister-in-law, Wiley and Sheena Williams; brother, Lawson Williams; sister, Jessica Williams; nieces and nephews who he dearly loved, Kayla Clark, Charleigh Williams, and Aubreigh Williams, and Griffin Willams; cousin, Wiley Martin; special family, Kelly Long, Brooke Singleton, Debbie Griffin, Shane Griffin, Paul Griffin, David Miller, and Caleb and Kirsten Carter.
The family would like to thank Smoky Mt. Hospice, Patrick Minor, Whitney Gilbert, Ashley Murell, Billy Hite, Ashley Killion, Bryce Bowers, and staff for all the care and concern shown during Charles' illness.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Chaplain Billy Hite officiating. Graveside/interment services will be at Hamblen Memory Gardens on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 11:00 A.M.
