Charles "Charlie" William Stephens, age 71, of Columbus, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on July 2, 2025. Charlie was born on December 7, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Albert and Marilyn Stephens.
He is lovingly survived by his wife of 51 years, Cindy Stephens, his children, Carrie (Mike) McKean, Chad (Sarah) Stephens, grandchildren, Micheal, Savanna, Courtney, Kaitlyn, great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Kysin, Aubrey, Kemonte "Jr," Bentley, McKenzie, brothers, Dave (Pat) Stephens, Mark (Laura) Stephens, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
He spent many years as a mechanic and supervisor for Roadway Yellow Freight and Waste Management. He enjoyed working on cars and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and other sports. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
He will be deeply missed.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, Ohio 43123 for calling hours from 9am-10am with a funeral service starting at 10am. A burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio.
