Charlie Westbrooks Obituary
Born on September 28, 2025, in Spartanburg, SC, Charlie was the cherished son of Philip and Rachel (Grizzel) Westbrooks of Clinton, SC. Though his time with us was fleeting, Charlie made a lasting impact on those who had the honor of knowing him, leaving an indelible mark of joy and hope in their lives.
As the first son in the Westbrooks family, he was adored and loved unconditionally. His presence was a beautiful gift. Charlie will always be remembered as a bright light in their lives, a symbol of unconditional love, and a reminder of the fragility and beauty of life.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Tim and Elaine Westbrooks and Barry and Elisabeth Grizzel; great grandfather, Harrison Hall; uncle, John Wallace Grizzel (Ashton); and many other extended family.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, David Westbrooks; maternal great grandparents, Mary and Johan Lioen and Geraldine and Wallace Grizzel; paternal great grandparents, Vergie and Harold Westbrooks and Patricia Hall Elliott.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:30-1:30 pm at Reedy Fork Baptist Church, 115 E. Reedy Fork Rd., Seneca, SC. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ken Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Flowers will be accepted.
