Charlotte Albright Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, P.C. - Emmaus on Dec. 1, 2025.
Charlotte E. Albright, 77, of Macungie and formerly of Emmaus, passed away on November 28, 2025. She was the wife of the late Harold "Hal" W. Albright, who passed away in 2013. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lois (Leighton) Klinger. A 1966 graduate of Whitehall High School, Charlotte attended the Fashion Institute of New York before taking a job in the proof room at The Call Chronicle newspaper, now The Morning Call. It was here that Charlotte met a dashing advertising executive Hal, beginning their enduring romance. They had been married for 45 years at the time of his passing. Following the newspaper, and taking time to raise her family, Charlotte worked for 25 years at Air Products at their headquarters in Trexlertown. A lifelong learner, Charlotte studied floral design, earned a paralegal certificate from LCCC, and even took motorcycle lessons. Her most cherished times were spent with family, hosting gatherings where she made everyone feel welcome and supporting family members' various activities. Active in her church, Charlotte was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Emmaus, where she previously served on council, on event committees, and as chair of the new member committee. She was a member of the Emmaus Junior Women's Club in the 1970s and 1980s. She enjoyed travel, especially to the beach and New Mexico.

Survivors: Daughter, Rebecca Albright; Son, Bradley Albright and his wife, Jennifer; Grandson, Garrett Bartels; Great-Granddaughter, Everly Bartels. Sisters, Nancy Klinger, Lois Kunkle, Kathy McCartan, Liz Ulaner; Brother, Charlie Klinger. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by sister, Diane Diehl.

Services: Memorial 10:30 AM Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 501 Chestnut Street, Emmaus, PA 18049. A calling hour will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM Wednesday in the church. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, Emmaus, www.BKRFH.com
