BRANNON, Charlotte – of Mt. Morris, age 81, went peacefully to Heaven on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at her residence surrounded by the love of her family. Funeral service will be held at 1PM on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Kim Chistensen officiating. Honoring her wishes, cremation will follow. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 1PM until 8PM and on Friday from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Auto City Eagles.
Charlotte was born on September 20, 1944, in Flint, to the late William and Mildred (Keyser) Coulter. She graduated from Central High School and was a wonderful stay-at-home mother for much of her life. In August 1976, she married Gayle Brannon, and together they shared 45 years of marriage. Gayle preceded her in death in 2021. Charlotte enjoyed shooting her shot at gambling, keeping her hands busy with arts and crafts, painting, camping, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Sassy. She was an incredible woman who can never be replaced and will be dearly missed.
Charlotte is forever remembered by: Children: David J. Williams, Tony W. Williams, and Bill T. Williams; Grandchildren: Tony Williams II and Austin (Shelby) Williams; Great Granddaughter, Eleanor; Sisters: Glenda Shoopan, Kathy Bailey, and Suzi Ostrander; Brother, Tom Coulter; Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends. Charlotte was preceded in death by: Husband, Gayle; Parents, William and Mildred; Several brothers and sisters.
