Charlotte M. Burkhart, age 86, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her husband and daughters, on September 14, 2025.

She was the loving wife of Lee Burkhart for 67 years. They were united in marriage on September 13, 1958 in Langlade.

Through the years Charlotte loved spending time outside gardening and tending to her flowers. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, and taking gambling trips to Las Vegas along with other travel adventures. Family camping trips were also a favorite. Another hobby was painting ceramics and creating decorative items for her home. She enjoyed baking and making Christmas candy for the holidays. She also loved to collect Angels.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Diane (Andy) Pilat, Donna Habersetzer, and Terry (Robert Brotten) Burkhart; six grandchildren, Erin Wilmot, Marshall (Chrissi) Watry, Heather (Ryan) Nieds, Taylor Pilat, Brian Habersetzer and Brent (Michu) Habersetzer; 12 great-grandchildren, Brook, McKenzie, Chase, Kendall, Camden, Harper, Hadley, Claire, Audrey, Alec, Maeli and Ilayna; a sister, Mary Gilg; and three sisters-in-law, Alice Fuller, Mary (Raymond) Gibbs and Millie Rudella. Charlotte is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Anita Miller; a brother, Alex Miller Jr.; and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, at 12 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Jonathan Brood, Elder at Pine Grove Community Church officiating. Burial will take place in Bent Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
