Survivors include her daughter, Christy Johnson; grandchildren, Grant and Garrett Johnson; brother, Woodrow "Buddy" Taylor; and fur baby, Punkin.
She is proceeded in death by her mother, Lorena Taylor, father, William Rothman; husband, Donald "Toppy" Metreyeon; daughter, Rhonda Thompson; and sister, Jolene "Jody" Packman.
A gathering of Mrs. Metreyeon's family and friends will begin on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00p.m., at Holy Cross Lutheran Church 2711 Helena Ave Nederland. Mrs. Metreyeon's cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's, 505 North 12 th Street, Nederland.
