Charlotte was my own mother's very best friend when they were young and even for awhile later on in life, until an unfortunate incident caused a deep chasm that was never repaired. I graduated HS with two of her daughters. When I was young, I recall memorable summer visits where I stayed a week or two with their family on the farm. When my own parents were facing very hard times, that same farm house was rented out to us after they had built their new family home at the entrance to the driveway. She certainly lived a good life for a remarkable 102 years! She was a good christian woman who lived her faith. My sincere condolences to her family.
