She is preceded in death by her first husband, Andrew A McCloughan Sr., her daughter Maryella Rose McCloughan, and a great-grandchild.
Charmaine is survived by her second husband, Aaron Beltz, daughter Dot Pensyl and her husband, son Andrew McCloughan Jr. and his wife. Charmaine is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at Strunk Funeral Home in Easton on Nov. 4, 2022
