It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Chase Copeland, who departed this life on July 22, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend. Chase will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was born on April 9, 1982 in Cincinnati, Ohio. From earning the name "Dirt Devil" on the little league fields of Southern Ohio to being the one everyone could count on for a helping hand in his home town of Brooksville, Florida. All who met him loved him. He enjoyed following sports from NASCAR to the PGA. Being an all around great athlete he played baseball, soccer, golf and was a kicker on his high school football team. His hobbies included fishing, working on cars, antiquing and many more. Supporting Kendall in all her activities was high on his list of priorities. His Family has always been proud of his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.

He graduated from Hernando High School in 2001 and attended the University of South Florida earning a degree in Audiology. Ultimately, he found his passion when he joined the Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative. Being a Journeyman Lineman with WREC was a job title he held with pride.

He is survived by his wife, Angeline, his daughter Kendall, his sister Lindsey Copeland (Matthew Burkhart) nephews Vance, Cason and Blayne of Brooksville, his sister Jennifer (Aaron) Daniel and niece Emelia of McDermott, OH. He is also survived by two aunts and many cousins of Ohio.

Chase was preceded in death by his father Marc Copeland, his mother Debra Paul and his step-father "CW" Kenneth Paul.
