Chasity Howell Clack age 43, of Cordele, Georgia passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2025, in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home.
Chasity was a loving mother who was dedicated to being a homemaker. She was a constant joy and ray of sunshine for anyone who knew her, but especially for her family. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Billy Wayne Faircloth, her aunt, Billie Jean Faircloth, her cousin, Jake Basset, and her niece, Brynleigh Allen.
She is survived by her children: Tyler Heinzerling, Justin Howell (Lanah) and Jayden Clack; her step-children: Cody Clack and Justin Clack; her grandchildren: Brylan Poole, Dreyton Raburn, Tautum Raburn and Callum Howell who will join the family in March; her parents: Tina Allen and stepfather, Steve Allen; Clark Howell, Jr., and stepmother, Tracy; her sister: Brooke Howell and Nicole Howell Taylor (Drew); step-sister: Megan Runels; and step-brother: Hunter Allen; her maternal grandparents: Carolyn and Keith Thompson; paternal grandparents: Clark Howell, Sr. and Wynell Howell; aunts and uncles: Lisa Basset (Kego), Deborah Perry (Art), Gayla Helms (Mike), Becky Clary (Bud), Heather Faircloth, Sunny Faircloth Rexroat, and Ashley Faircloth; her niece: Taylor Hayslip (Daniel); her nephew: Dusty Wade, Jr.; Chasity is survived by several cousins including her cousin and friend, Nikki Basset Reynolds (Joseph).
