It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Chelsea Nicole Markman Battle on the morning of August 28, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida, at the age of 51. Born on March 13, 1974, in Columbia, Maryland, Chelsea devoted her life to her family and to passions that reflected her kind and caring soul.

She is survived by her loving mother, Debby Markman; her stepfather, Steve Fasano; her husband of twenty-six years, David Battle; her sons, Jacob and Blake Battle; and her daughter, Olivia Battle-each of whom shared a special and cherished bond with her.

A graduate of West Hollywood Private School in 1991, Chelsea continued her education at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida. Her path in life was one she shaped with joy and purpose. As a homemaker, she poured her creativity and energy into every aspect of family life. Her love for handcrafted furniture design and remodeling, her care in home gardening, and her talent for interior design were not just hobbies but reflections of her thoughtful and artistic spirit. Most of all, she embraced motherhood with endless love and unshakable grace, dedicating herself fully to raising her three children.

Chelsea's passions extended beyond the home. She had a profound love for animals, shown through her support of local shelters and the tender care she gave to her own three dogs and cat. She also expressed herself through photography, capturing meaningful family moments, and through cooking, where her home-cooked meals became acts of love and comfort. Chelsea was an avid reader, always looking to expand her knowledge of many topics.

She was known for her creativity, thoughtfulness, and passion. Chelsea had a gift for turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, bringing beauty and harmony into everyday life. She was attentive and graceful, always mindful of her family's needs and compassionate toward friends and animals alike. Her passion shone through in everything she did, whether working on a project, supporting a cause, or simply living each day with purpose.

Chelsea will be remembered as an embodiment of love, creativity, and grace. She will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Chelsea's life was a journey of joy, care, and immense beauty, and her love will continue to guide her family and those who knew her always.
