Survivors include his loving wife Thavy Keo of Miami, his son Ricky Be and his wife Bee Tavit of Cambodia, and daughter Kimberly Be of Miami, his brother Buong Huy of Switzerland and sister, May Thea Be of Boston, Massachusetts.
Cheng's services are 2:00 PM, Friday, September 6, 2024 at First Christian Church in Miami with Minister Leon Weece officiating. Interment will follow at the Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery in Miami under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
