Cheryl P. Ahern, 66, of Saco, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at home.
She was born in Portland on January 1, 1958, a daughter of Leo and Frances Elizabeth (Roma) Parker. She graduated from Scarborough High School.
She was employed by Maine Medical Center in Supply Services for many years. She also worked at Seal Rock Healthcare in Saco for 10 years, retiring in June of 2024.
Cheryl was a volunteer for the Scarborough Fire and Rescue at Oak Hill, serving as an EMT for many years.
Cheryl enjoyed holidays and special occasions, especially Christmas and New Years. She cherished the time spent with her family and loved her grandchildren deeply. The family has created many memories that they will hold on to even more now that she has passed. She will be sadly missed.
She was predeceased by her former husband Michael J. Ahern and siblings Robert, Sandra, Alice and Carol.
She is survived by two children Justin Ahern and wife Melissa and Jannelle Ahern and partner Dustin Stoval. She is also survived by four grandchildren Charlotte, Keegan, Kassidie and Kayra, one great grandchild Forest and several nieces and nephews.
