Cheryl Ann Bailey

We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved mom, grandma, wife, aunt, and friend, Cheryl Bailey. She peacefully left us on February 27, 2025, to be with the Lord.
She was born in Northlake, IL, on March 9, 1946, to Charles and Pauline Shoemaker.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Jack Bailey; her children, Rob Boyer (Nicole) and Karen Silva (Francisco); grandchildren Jonathan, Brandon (Alicia), Jaxon, Ethan and Serena; niece Sue Brandue (Pete); and nephews Scott Bailey (Robin) and Dave Bailey (Linnea).
Cheryl cherished spending time with her family. She was particularly fond of anytime she was with her grandchildren. Planning a party for any occasion, scrapbooking, playing card games, and watching old reruns of Perry Mason, Murder, She Wrote, Matlock, and anything on the Hallmark Channel were other sources of her enjoyment.
Cheryl will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. The family offers special thanks to the care and support team at Asbury Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025 from 10 AM until time of service 12 PM at The Healy Chapel, 370 Division Drive, Sugar Grove, IL 60554. A private burial will take place at Elm Lawn Memorial Park in Elmhurst.
