Cheryl A. Bennie, 75, of Bellmawr, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Cheryl was a woman of incredible strength and resilience. She was selfless in every sense, known for her kindness, patience, generosity, and deep love for her family. Cheryl was a devoted wife, mom, grandmom, sister, aunt, and friend, as well as a caring neighbor to many.

Beloved wife of John Bennie; devoted mother of Michelle Conatser (Mike), John Bennie, and Stephanie Miller (Doug); and a proud and loving grandmother to Matthew, Jesse, Maya, Marissa, and Dougie, who were truly the lights of her life. Cherished sister of Eileen, Nancy, Janice, and Bill. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law Anthony and Michael and "sister" Jeanne, nephews, nieces, and dear friends.

She shared a beautiful love story with her husband, John, as sweethearts who spent 57 wonderful years together. Cheryl found joy in life's simple and meaningful moments-family game nights filled with laughter, treasured vacations at Lake Anna, and making every holiday feel magical for those she loved. She especially cherished her afternoons with Dougie, John and their beloved dog, Tess.

Cheryl's love, strength, and warmth will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

There will be a viewing from 10am to 12pm on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service at 12pm at the funeral home. Interment to follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery, 515 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr, NJ.
