Cheryl M. Jablonowski, age 53, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Cleveland Clinic- Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, following a short illness. She was born September 12, 1971, in Cleveland and has been a resident of Garfield Heights for the past 20 years.
She was employed for 17 years as the greatest Inspector and was excellent in her field. She was raised in the Catholic faith and grew up attending Immaculate Heart Catholic Church in Slavic Village.
Cheryl loved sunbathing and swimming, watching her favorite TV shows, but most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren and having family time. Everyone knew Cheryl was feisty, strong and witty. Her commitment displayed her deep love for her family and marriage.
She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Ted G. Jablonowski; her children, Ted M (wife, Brittany), Christopher (wife, Alisohn), Sarah Peck (husband, Chase), Abigail ( Michael) and Britni Wixson; her 8 grandchildren; and siblings, Ted and Carrie; and her mother, Georgeann Wenglewski.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Madison Peck; her father, Ted Wenglewski and her grandmother, Hattie.
Friends may call at the Busch Funeral Home, 32000 Detroit Rd, Avon from 4:00 - 6:00pm Wednesday, December 18, 2024. A Celebration of Life service will be held immediately following at the Funeral Home at 6:00pm. Busch Celebrant Mary Dwyer-Kueller will officiate. Cremation by Busch Funeral and Cremation Service.
