Cheryl A. Jenkins beloved mother and wife was born June 6, 1953, in Danville, Illinois. She passed away peacefully at her home in Loveland, Colorado on September 21, 2025.

Cheryl grew up in Plainfield, Illinois where she had an idyllic childhood in the grove. She is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Beryl Clem. She married her husband in Joliet, Illinois in 1974. Soon after, they moved to Colorado where they raised their family.

She loved life, travel and animals, especially her dog Carson. She created many memories on her extensive trips across the states and specifically to Hawaii and Florida. She was always searching for a great beach and perfect sunset. She spent her life as a caregiver both in professional and personal settings and was loved by many of her patients.

She is survived by her husband Thomas of 50 years, son Jacob Jenkins, daughter Kelly Leedy and husband Jordan Leedy, Granddaughter Ashely Jenkins, Grandsons Mason Smith and Cooper Leedy, Brothers David Clem and Michael Clem, numerous nieces and nephews.

Cheryl was cherished by those that had the honor to be related to her or have known her and will be missed by many.

Cheryl was cremated and her remains will be spread in the places that meant the most to her. Further details will be shared with family and close friends.
