Cheryl was born on November 30, 1953 to Delbert and Grace (Holdwick) Burkhard. Cheryl was a graduate of Harbor Beach High School. On July 27, 1989, Cheryl married Michael Kritzman. Together they owned and operated MC Cycle in Bad Axe. Cheryl and Mike worked side by side for many years. Cheryl enjoyed crafting, flower gardening, yard work, was an excellent cook and baker, enjoyed time spent with her nieces and nephews, shopping with her mom and sister, and riding motorcycle with Michael.
She is surived by her husband Michael Kritzman, her mother Grace Burkhard, brothers: Larry Burkhard of Tucson, AZ, Doug Burkhard of Harbor Beach, Duane Burkhard of Lewiston, sister: Karen (Doug) Mixter) of Lyons, nieces and nephews: Cory Burkhard, Katie Nunez, Ryan (Maureen) Burkhard, Dawn (Bryce) VanVliet, Derek (Alicia) Burkhard, Curtis (Special Friend Madelyn Wiggens), James (Amy) Mixter, Richard Mixter, 6 great nieces and nephews, one on the way, brother-in-law Mark Kritzman, nephew Nathan, mother-in-law Darlen Holling, and special family members Bev and Charlene.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her father Delbert Burkhard, Brother Ken Burkhard, niece Alexandra Burkhard, great nephew Gregory Nunez, and father-in-law Lawayne Kritzman.
Funeral Services for Cheryl will be on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 5 pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Cremation will follow, with Internment at Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation for Cheryl will be on Monday, from 1 pm until time of services at 5 pm.
