Cheryl Page Lehman, age 55, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was born on September 5, 1970, the beloved daughter of the late Norman and Betty Lloyd Page.
Cheryl cherished her family above all else and found her greatest joy in spending time with them, creating memories that will last a lifetime. She was a devoted and loving wife, the sweetest and best mom. Cheryl was a ray of sunshine to all who knew her.
Cheryl loved the freedom of riding her motorcycle and enjoyed spending time outdoors surrounded by nature. Cheryl especially loved fishing, turkey hunting, boating, and picnicking with her family. She enjoyed her work as a medical assistant at Hillcrest Clinic in Erin, where she found great joy in caring for and helping others.
Cheryl's life was tragically cut short by an unexpected accident. She was deeply loved and freely shared her love with her family, friends, patients, and coworkers. Her greatest gift was the way she gave her love to others. She will be deeply and forever missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Zachary Keel.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Tracy Lehman; sons, Colin Lehman and John Keel; daughters, Riley, McKinley, and Britley Lehman; brother, Norman Page, Jr.; and sisters, Linda Dixon, Deborah Davis, Anne Bradford, and Jenny Wolfe.
In keeping with Cheryl's wishes, she will be laid to rest beside her son, Zach, on the Lehman Farm.
