Cheryl Denise Rodriquez 74 years old of Victoria, TX. passed November 14, 2025. Born January 8, 1951, to A.J. Stanford and Peggy Stanford in Aransas Pass, TX. She was a nurse before becoming a homemaker for 8 children. Later in life she worked in nursing and construction for K&T Construction Company. She was a member of Faith Family Church for many years.
She is survived by 7 living children.
Daughters: Victoria Rodriquez of Port Lavaca, TX; Crystal Foreman and son in law Reginald Foreman of Jacksonville, TX.; Ranella Rodriquez of Schulenburg, TX; Amanda Ybarbo and son in law John Ybarbo of Victoria, TX. Sons: Sabino Rodriquez 3rd of Rosenberg, TX; David Rodriquez of Abilene, TX; Joseph Rodriquez of Victoria.

She was proceeded in death by her daughter Georgina Rodriquez of Victoria Texas. father AJ Stanford of Victoria Texas, Mother Peggy Stanford of Victoria Texas, brother Larry Stanford of Lake Jackson Texas, brother Glenn Stanford of Victoria, TX.
Cheryl loved the Lord. She made sure that everyone knew. She made sure her faith was deeply embedded within her children and grandchildren. She was always ready to give a testimony of God's goodness. Cheryl loved to be out and about in town or at the beach. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loved growing plants, flowers and bird watching. She enjoyed many genres of music and requested it to be celebrated at the end of her life with a BBQ, music and dancing rather than a traditional funeral. Her impact as a mom, grandma, daughter, sibling and friend will never be forgotten.
