Chester J. "Chet" Crouch II

Chester "Chet" J. Crouch II, age 53, of Tomah, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at his home. He was born on November 5, 1972, to Chester and Carol (Raabe) Crouch.

Chet was the man who lived up to the phrase "life of the party." He embodied kindness and you could always count on him for a laugh, a helping hand, or a quick fix. His humor and laughter was as infectious as his generosity. Chet never saw a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need, more often before himself.

Above all, Chet's love for his family knew no bounds. His kids and grandkids were his world, and he loved them more than anything.

He is survived by his wife, Naomie; children, Karissa Crouch, Chandra (Daj) Crouch, Jesi Crouch and Tristen (Angel) Crouch; grandchildren, Braedyn, Ellee, Rorri, Ryder, Almyra, Melladeyn, Mya, Ivan and Charlotte; his mother, Carol and stepfather, Dave Reinart; his grandmother, Inez Raabe; and his siblings, Jerrad Crouch, Carrie (Doug) Benson, and Jamie (significant other, Jamie Knutson) Crouch. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Chester; stepfather, Joe Hays; stepbrother, James Hays; grandparents, Mabel and Willis Crouch; and grandfather, Norton Raabe.

A Celebration of Chet's Life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, 2:00 p.m. at the Tomah VFW Post #1382, 1618 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660. The Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be offered at www.torkelsonfuneralhome.com
