Age 94, of Roseville; died peacefully on January 4, 2021. Preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Betty; parents Henry and Theresa Miller; sister, Betty Mann; and brother, Henry Miller Jr. Survived by daughters, Linda (Larry) Beto and Barb Carpender; grandchildren, Brandee, Kathy, Val, Craig, and Danny; great-grandchildren, Kiah, Hunter, Jazmyn, Tommy, and Lucia; great-great-grandchild, A.J.; brother, Robert (Waneeta) Miller and many other family and friends. Chester was a WWII veteran, a member of the American Legion Post #542, Roseville VFW Post #7555, and former member of the color guard. He was also a long time member of the IUOE Local #49. Graveside service with honors 1:30 PM Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Assembly Area #4 (Please arrive by 1:15 PM), 7601 34th Avenue So., Minneapolis, MN 55450.
