Chiara "Clare". October 25, 2025. Loving Mother of Paul (Sharon) Serano, Melissa (Daniel) Kent, and the late Kristen. Grandmother of Anthony and Laura Serano. Daughter of the late Gaudenzio "Jerry" and Anna (nee Antonucci) Ranallo. Sister of the late Philip Ranallo. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her VIEWING Tuesday November 4, 2025 9:00AM to 10:30AM at THE MONTI RAGO FUNERAL HOME 2531-35 S. Broad St., followed by her Funeral Mass at 11AM at the Church of St. Monica, 17th & Ritner Sts. INT. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
Chiara was proud to be one of the very first participants in a clinical trial at Jefferson University's Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, which helped extend her life by several years and offered hope to others facing cancer. In honor of her courage and commitment to advancing medical research and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be directed to Jefferson Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
